I have been a customer of this dealership for about 9 years. I have been pleased by their performance both in sales and service.
Every thing about the facility and staff is great. The only issue is when the customer has an appointment and the job is a 20 minute software update why do require the car be left with them for the entire day? The dealership response is that they don’t know when the technician will be available; and then when I say but I was given appointment for certain day and time, the dealership response is that the appointment is for me to see the service desk to leave the key.
Great experience with the mobile service! The auto text messages were accurate, the Danish lady driver was on time, extremely pleasant and took care of my truck.
Dropped off my Bronco for a recall, Johnny was very polite and quick and had it back when promised. Every time I’ve had my truck there it has always been a good experience.

I purchased my f250 in 2022 at Jim Tidwell (at the time) and have always had it serviced there. The past few years their service department has become increasingly worse. In my opinion they just don’t pay attention to any detail. I have asked for my back seat to be repaired (for about 2 years) because it doesn’t lock and is a safety issue. Jim Tibble Ford was gonna reset all these computer things. It was five of them that need to be upgraded. They did all but one so I’m waiting for them to call me back on the next one when it comes in they change my oil fuel filters. Everything else was A-OK.
I want to thank Candace for her help in setting up an appointment to have new tires put on my car.

Don’t do it do not use this dealership. Their sales is good, but the service team is messing it up for the sales. They do not stand behind their work maybe workers need more training. I’m not sure but do not go here because they do not stand behind their work.

Had battery replaced in 2017 Ford Focus which is a difficult job (or I would have done it) due to battery being behind the window shield frame in back part under hood. Daunte’ from Tidwell Ford came out to my house to replace the dead battery and knew exactly what he was doing as he had to remove several pieces to get the battery out and replaced. My car was in the shop for 6 business days before work was even started. I had to reach out twice each day to get a response on the current status. I stopped in to get my oil changed. The gentleman said it would be about 2-2-1/2 hours. I had some time so I waited. Only took an hour and I had a great cup of coffee while I was there.
Made an appointment for 0700 and dropped my car off overnight for an oil change and recall fix. Was told my car would be ready around 1600. I pay for an Uber to pick my car up and they tell me I won’t be ready until closer to 1900. Had to get a ride to take me to another appointment that I already had scheduled and was now late for. They did nothing to correct the mistake.
These people have always been honest and reliable. Very friendly staff. Johnny Street man has always been my service advisor and always shouts me straight. No xx. Customer service is very friendly as well. My Fords go nowhere else.

Got a recall done here, the advisor was amazing and communicated to me very well but I had an issue with the technicians that did my inspection. I was told only my rear brakes and rotors needed to be done but after looking at the car myself, both brakes and rotors need to be replaced, and the serpentine belt that was marked as good is actually missing a chunk and almost falling off. The dealership was clean and the service adviser Dusty kept me updated from the time I pulled in till my car was ready. The waiting lounge was clean and everyone was friendly including the lady from customer service. The price for my service today was reasonable and they honor veterans with a discount.
Horrible no return calls no response to text messages. I was told my car was ready when I called and when I went to pick up, the invoice was not complete. They had not run it through my extended warranty. It was not a good experience.

Have had every oil change for my 2013 Edge since I bought it new at Jim Tidwell Ford. Have had excellent service except for not being taken at appointment time and long wait for oil change. Staff is always courteous.
Dusty assisted me today and provided the level of support that is the epitome of customer service! I came in for an oil change and requested to have the vitals of my car checked, and he ensured they were completed and gave advice for a “to do” when I return for my next oil change. Fortunately, I did not have a long wait and was out within 1.5 minutes. The new coffee machine also helped with the wait because I was able to sip on a latte. Shout out to Connor for cleaning the machine and his pleasant conversation.
